Performers include OLLIE, INGER, Reet Linna, fire dancers, and many others.<br><strong><br><\/strong>K\u00e4\u00e4rij\u00e4, who won second place at the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest with his song \u201cCha Cha Cha,\u201d will take the stage at 7 p.m. The event is free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el\">The European Capital of Sport year brought major sporting events, new initiatives, and sports opportunities to Tallinn.<br>The backbone of the sports year was a programme of 12 theme months, introducing various sports and ways to practice them.
