All sold concert tickets (incl. tickets issued on a security paper) are equipped with unique bar code. All tickets are unique and non-recurrent and they shall be scanned at the gates upon entry into the Song Festival Grounds, including paper tickets! The right to enter the venue is granted to the ticket holder ONLY after scanning the ticket. After the first reading and use of the bar code it will automatically become invalid. Thus the entry is granted only to the person who submits valid bar code first. Entry is denied upon the submission of copied ticket or recurrent entry with the same ticket. The same applies to paper tickets – e.g. if somebody allows a good friend to copy the bar code of the original ticket and both of them try to enter the venue, then access will be granted only to the person who submits the code first. Organiser of the concert is not obliged to ascertain the circumstances of recurrent use of the same bar code. Keep your ticket safe, just as you do with your money or other valuables. In case of any ticket-related questions or problems feel free to get  assistance from the representatives of Piletilevi, the event ticketing company who will be at each gate waiting to help you.
