The Association of Public Event Organizers invites you: The meeting is open to public and corporate event organizers, cultural, sports, and youth workers from local governments, managers of cultural and sports facilities, providers of safety-related services and products for events, public officials involved in safety matters, and everyone who feels that the topic concerns them.

A safe event does not happen by itself. An analysis completed at the Academy of Internal Security in 2024 shows that in Estonia, the requirements for organizing events vary greatly and often safety depends solely on the organizer’s own sense of responsibility. That is precisely why we are bringing together everyone who cares about how to ensure safety at concerts, festivals, sports competitions, conferences, and all kinds of larger and smaller events.
