Children’s Day

This year’s large traditional Children’s Day celebration will once again take place at the Tallinn Song Festival Grounds together with the Food Street event.
On May 24, a large family festival dedicated to Children’s Day will be held at the Tallinn Song Festival Grounds, featuring an extensive program for visitors of all ages. Starting at 12:00 PM, guests can take part in activities from Lottemaa, explore the AHHAA Science Centre exhibition, and move between many other exciting activity areas.
This year, the children’s favorite Lolala will also be there with a brand-new program!
For Children’s Day, Sky Tivoli will set up an amusement area with 15 attractions for both kids and adults. Children’s hobby groups will be open, while animators and various studios featuring singing and dance performances will help keep the festive spirit alive.

In Estonia, Children’s Day has been celebrated since the 1990s under the leadership of the Estonian Union for Child Welfare. Since 2021, Children’s Day has officially been a national observance. The origins of the celebration date back to 1857, and over time it has also been known as Rose Day, Flower Day, and Children’s Day.
Admission is FREE for children up to and including 17 years of age.
Adult ticket: €5 (includes entry to the Food Street event).
